August 12th, VHVHQ 10th Annual Picnic

We need 10 to 12 able people to help set up and tear down the picnic at Monteith Riverpark. This will include picnic table placement and decoration. Also a couple of canopies. The picnic is from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. We can not do any set up the night so it must be done in the morning before the picnic starts and it must be cleaned up after the picnic is over. So, we will start setting it up early morning the day of the picnic and packing it up that afternoon. Please call the VHVHQ Bunker at 541-791-4357 to sign up for this project. Your help will be greatly appreciated by VHVHQ staff and those who will be attending the 10th Annual Vets Helping Vets HQ Picnic. Volunteers is what keeps all of this going.
